PROGRAM NOTE

Modular Homes is built from two small musical modules interacting in different ways, alternating between stridency and tenderness, movement and placidity.

Written for the Iota Ensemble and the 2010 I/O New Music Festival and premiered on January 7, 2010 at the '62 Center for Theatre and Dance, Williamstown, Massachusetts.
